2 coaching sessions with the use of the “Points of You” cards to change your mindset
It is perfect for you if you if you want your dilemma or question to have an answer and see it from another point of view, if your mindset is not allowing a (broader) view of your future. I will help you to find unexpected and innovative solutions.
- It includes two sessions with me: a 30-minute call to define the topic we will work on and a 90-minute call to develop it.
- Points Of View® cards will be our coaching tool.
- We will focus on a specific topic. A new job, the relationship with your partner and family, expatriation challenges.
- Any topic you care about and wish to explore further.
- You will be encouraged to get rid of your old mindset.
- You will envision a set of different solutions for your problem.
LOST IN TRANSITION
5 one-hour coaching sessions to find your direction again
If you are going through some deep changes in your life (separation, divorce, job change, relocation, etc.) and you are feeling lost, your will require major mental and physical energy to re-adapt to a new balance. During the coaching sessions, you will develop an action plan and a clear vision to face your transition and achieve a better balance. You will connect again with yourself, your values and your deepest needs and re-find your own path.
- You’ll have five 1-hour coaching sessions with me.
- We will identify the area of your life you wish to improve.
- At the end of each session, I will leave you with some assignments.
- You will develop a targeted strategy to support you during your path towards the new YOU.
- You will restore balance and harmony back into your life.
BACK TO YOU
10 one-hour sessions to re-take care of yourself
You are feeling tired and overworked and your energy has almost vanished. You are living on a constant “emergency mode”. You feel powerless, tense and nervous everyday and you can’t find more time for yourself. Together we will identify those areas of your life you have been neglecting and the wrong habits you have developed. We will work on each area to rebalance your life and bring it back to its original splendour. You will take a quiz to self-assess your well-being and stress levels. You will have goals to achieve and you will be able to apply what we do together to every aspect of your life.
- Together we will assess the “state of health” of all the areas of your life.
- You will refocus on self-care by taking specific quizzes.
- We will identify those life habits you need to change.
- You will get rid of the burdens you are carrying.
- You will reconnect with your vital energy and find out why you have been losing it.
- You will formulate an action plan to set your priorities.
- You’ll have ten 1-hour coaching sessions.
